What is the difference between CBD oil and hemp seed oil?
CBD oil and hemp seed oil come from the same plant but are not the same. Hemp seed oil is extracted from the seeds of the hemp plant, and contains no cannabinoids. CBD is extracted from hemp leaves and contains cannabinoids. Hemp seed oil can be great both in the kitchen or as a natural moisturizing component, but hemp seed oil does not have the unique properties of CBD.
Will CBD Get Me High?
No, CBD will not get you high. CBD or cannabidiol is one of the many active compounds found in the hemp plant. It is a non-psychoactive compound, meaning it will not alter your mental state or cause a feeling of euphoria or "high".
Unlike THC (tetrahydrocannabinol), which is also found in the hemp plant, CBD cannot cause a feeling of euphoria or alter your mental state. THC is the psychoactive compound in cannabis that causes the "high" effects that many people associate with marijuana use.
CBD has been shown to have many potential health benefits, such as relieving pain, anxiety and depression. But it won't cause a feeling of euphoria or change your mental state the way THC does.
How is CBD made?
CBD or cannabidiol can be extracted from the hemp plant in several ways.
One of the most common methods of extracting CBD is using critical CO2 extraction process. This process involves using carbon dioxide (CO2) under high pressure and high temperature to extract CBD and other cannabinoids from the plant material. The result of this process is a highly concentrated form of CBD that can be used to make various products, such as oils, capsules, creams and the like.
Is CBD legal?

CBD is allowed to be used in cosmetic products as long as it contains less than 0.2% THC, CBD may not be used in food/dietary supplements.
According to the Danish Medicines Agency, the Danish Medicines Agency, CBD is considered a medicine, therefore it may not be used in food supplements, but may be used in cosmetic products.
However, it is important to note that CBD products containing more than 0.2% THC are still considered narcotics and are therefore illegal in Denmark.
Can I travel with my CBD products?
The legality of CBD still varies from country to country, so you need to research the regulations of the countries you are traveling through, to and from.
China has 0 tolerance on ANYTHING containing CBD. You may therefore NOT bring CBD-containing products to China.
Asia is not recommended
We therefore recommend that you do not take CBD products, neither creams nor oils, to/via Asia.
